Slice can only add new shipments for the Amazon orders you placed after linking your Amazon account to Slice. Your old Amazon shipments cannot be updated.
Note: Don’t worry if you do not see that your Amazon shipments in your Slice account haven’t updated immediately after linking your Amazon account. It takes a little time for Slice to fetch all the data from Amazon. After a few moments, you can trigger a refresh by swiping down on your screen to see if Slice was able to get the tracking number.
