All matched price drops will be displayed in the "Right Now" section of our mobile apps and the price drops alerts section on our homepage. You will also receive an email if you are subscribed to those types of emails. It’s that easy to get cash back in your wallet!
We do our best to send you alerts on the exact products you bought, but at times, there may be slight discrepancies that prevent eligibility for a merchant refund. For example, the same product could be detected but with a different color, the price could have changed since our last system scan, or the merchant quoted different prices based on the customer location. It’s a good idea to make sure we’ve got it 100% right before contacting the merchant.
