If you would like to delete your receipts or emails, please do so after Slice has picked them up. If you deleted your receipt before Slice could add it to your account, then Slice will not be able to add those the next time you log in.
Want to move your receipts into a folder?
Slice is able to pick up most receipts in folders, but it may have some trouble picking up the receipts that are moved before it is added to your account.
We recommend that you always keep a copy of your receipt in your inbox. In some cases, you may need to relink your email account to Slice. If your receipts are not in your inbox during a relink process Slice will not be able to add them back.
