Amazon has changed their order and shipment emails to hide a lot of the information that customers have become accustomed to receiving in a receipt such as tracking numbers, item details, and individual item prices. Without this information Slice can't parse this data to your Amazon items.
When you link your Amazon account to Slice, it allows Slice to grab this missing data directly from your Amazon account and tie it to your Amazon e-receipts in your inbox. To make sure this process works please make sure you are linking the same Amazon account email these e-receipts exist in.
For example: If your Amazon receipts exist in your email (slicelove@slice.com), please make sure you link the Amazon account (slicelove@slice.com).
