To reestablish the link between your Slice account please unlink and relink your email account to Slice. Follow these steps to do so:
1. Log into your Slice account.
2. Click on Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
3. On the Settings page, click on Linked Inboxes.
4. Click on the red unlink button on the inbox you wish to reset.
5. After you've successfully unlinked your inbox use the + Add inbox button to select your email provider. Proceed to relink your inbox.
Allow Slice to work for a few minutes and if that doesn't address your problem please reach out to use at support@slice.com.
